A Week To The Year Of The Ox

Greetings all..

Been awhile since I really posted something which is not protected post. Sad hey…

Short update what has been happening in my life so far.

I lasted in my company longer than I thought I would.. And I even passed my 3 months probation period with flying colors. Initially, I wanted to further my studies with the company’s expense of course. However, I found out that I am not eligible as I have yet to work for the company for 12 months. Hence, I have to put my studies on hold. Boss Darling has started his post graduate course recently. That means… nothing.. hehe Well it does, it means he is back into studying part time. However,

In a way, for me, it is a blessing that my studies are put on hold at the moment. I am able to concentrate more on other things and also on the wedding preparation. As for wedding preparation, not much has been done so far. Something we both have been lacking in doing. I have to push our sorry lazy arse soon as well.

You know, when wedding vows being made by husband and wife to be, they vowed that they will be with each other through happiness and sadness… And everything they will endure in life, right? Well, the wedding vows, although both Boss Darling have not made them yet, I feel we somehow are “fulfilling” the vows. Why? We both happen to remove our wisdom tooth at the same time. Not only that, we both taken out the top and bottom wisdom tooth on the left side as well! I guess we both can feel and understand how the other party is getting along. hehe

Another is my beloved Mother Queen Snake’s birthday.. And the following Monday, is my beloved King Father Tiger’s birthday, which happen to be Chinese New Year this year. Unlike other years, Chinese New Year this year falls on Australian Day, which means I get to have a public holiday for once on Chinese New Year. I wish I can be back with my family especially my grandparents for their birthdays and Chinese New Year.. However, I got a surprise in store for them.

Also, this Chinese New Year will be slightly different back in Malaysia. my paternal grandmother, Queen Mother Dragon is not feeling well. I do pray that she will feel better soon as now she is being pessimistic as well.

Pre-Christmas Mood

Christmas is here… To be exact 4 more sleeps to go.. All the Christmas decorations are up.. Christmas songs are played everywhere… Everyone is busy doing last minute shopping.. Christmas carols are being sung..

But why am I still not in the mood for Christmas?? Why am I not looking forward to it? I don’t know.. Only thing I am looking forward is the super long weekend… I guess I miss the time where I was unemployed.. But I count my blessings now that I have a job.. And I have no financial problem.. Unlike some others..

Any how, I hope my christmas mood will come… I hope it will… Because on Christmas Day, the Lord Jesus was born..

Four Weeks..

Was told that I need to update my blog since the last update was a month ago. Speaking of that, I been at this job for a month now. The first week was hard for me as I find it difficult to ask some people questions. This is because I can sense that I am wasting their time by asking them. The first two weeks was hard for me, as I constantly felt like quiting there and then. Luckily, I manage to get someone else who is not stingy with their knowledge to help me. As time flew by, I begining to see the good side of the job… I can see that my work is appreciated by my team. But at the same time, I still feel crap…  and still have thoughts about leaving. With the current financial condition, I should be bless to have a job… And should just stick up with it…. for the time beinging.  At the moment, I think, if all goes well, I think with this job for another year… Till after my wedding anyway and decide from then….

New Job

We arrived back in Perth safely on Sunday afternoon, had Monday off and both started/returned to work on Tuesday. First day of job for me was boring as no computer access hence not much they can show me. Since it is my first day of job, I have lots of forms to fill out. The following day, I managed to get my computer access despite some minor problems here and there, hopefully it will be sorted out.

As for work, I guess I am still… struggling with the new tasks. Hopefully all will work out.

P/s: As for the holidays, will update it as soon as possible….

So Happy

We are leaving to go to Malaysia tomorrow for 10 days before stopping over in Singapore before returning.

When I get back, I will have a job, a PERMANENT job. How good is that!!

I am so happy at the moment….
