Like other days, I sent Boss Darling to work after lunch.. The weather was still hot, I think it was about 40 degrees then. I initially thought of shopping today once I dropped Boss Darling of at work but I decided to go against it as it is another hot day. Damn.. When is winter coming.. Since I aborted the shopping plan, I went straight home. I had my usual daily chatting with Mr. Monday Hater before I excused myself to take a short nap. That was around 2.30pm. When I woke up, it was 4pm! Gosh, I nearly slept for 2 hours.. I am surely ain’t able to sleep tonight. Even though I woke up, I was still feeling sleepy and dosing on and off on the sofa. The heat also doesn’t help either. So, I went for a shower in the cold water before prepare myself t o pick up Boss Darling from work. On the way to his work place, I heard from the radio that the maximum temperature today was 42.2 , which was recorded at 4.20ish pm and it seemed to be the highest for today.
Boss Darling came off work earlier today so I didn’t have to wait for him that long in the car. We tend went straight to Floreat forum to see what specials we can buy. You see, either Monday or Tuesday I would usually go alone to get the stuffs that I need for the week’s cooking. Then, sometime down the weekdays, Boss Darling and I would go shopping again to grab whatever it is on specials. Anyway, we were in Coles browsing through the isles when we came open the babies section.
SiwwyPig: Baybee.. want to buy some baby diapers for you to wear? *with a jokingly tone*
Boss Darling: Sot…
While passing through the baby food section…
SiwwyPig: Baybee.. next time our children right.. can I feed them bottled baby food like what I used to eat when I was a baby?
Boss Darling: You know that you been trying to bring up conversations about babies and kids.. you want kids is it..
SiwwyPig: Er.. no la.. where got..
Boss Darling: I think you been reading too much about babies and parenting..
SiwwyPig: *thinks blogs written by famous mummies and daddies about their children* No laaa.. where got..
Boss Darling: Got… tell me it is not true then I shall stop accusing you..
SiwwyPig: No ler… *quickly walks away with the trolley*
I guess what Boss Darling said is sort of true.. All this while, I have love kids since from a young age. And seeing some famous bloggers mummies and daddies blogging about their children do make me feel like being a mummy.. But of course… I won’t rush into things.. as I want to take it a step at a time.. 
This Friday is the Malaysian Blogger Together Gather party… so what do we, the other bloggers who can’t attend the party? It may be a bit short notice.. but what if we have our own Virtual Blogger Together Gather party…? on MSN?? What you think? I think I am nuts… Got a feeling now on will actually wanna join such ridiculous idea… oh well…. leave me a comment and see how it goes yaaa… I think it is a bit short notice to do it this Friday, same time as the Blogger Together Gather party though….. Let me know ya dear friends..
Side Note: Wanna wish Ah Wen Leng Lui Chef all the best in the exams.. not sure when is it due to the time difference but.. will keep you in my prayers..*huggies*
As you know, (if you don’t read here and here..) there was a earthquake in Padang, Sumatra, Indonesia. The tremors from the quake are felt in Western Malaysia (Johor, Malacca, Seremban and Klang Valleys) and in Singapore.. Yes that bad… but I guess it wasn’t as bad as the tsunami that happen few years ago on Boxing day. But nonetheless, keep praying for those victims in Sumatra… and offer help if need…
Today is another hot day.. I felt like going for clothes shopping today in the city but I guess I will postpone that plan till tomorrow or some other days when the weather is much more cooler and nicer to go out in… for now, let me just indulge myself with nice and comfortable breeze from my trusty fan and cooler.. with a can of KilKenny, the white beer…. Ah… niceeeee…
Last night I posted something with the topic Boss Darling says the darnest things.. oh boy.. you should see Boss Darling’s reaction when he saw the post on my laptop.. He quickly jump to conclusion that I wrote something bad about him… How could I… haha Once he read the post, he was all in denial about it happening especially the fat lady part… till I reminded him… and he goes laughing like it is something new to him…
Anyway, I am sure those who read my blog long enough knows about my god brother, Brother Leo who writes the blog called Medieval. Well, today he told me that he is trying to be active in his blog and will write more about animals rights, environment and things like that.. Hence, I think it is a good course, trying to spread news about animals and mother nature.. Having said that, I would like to invite you to visit his blog Medieval and give him a comment or two.
